The Company Office is no longer at the original location but is now at Annex Plaza next to Fairview Plaza. They have not posted an official signage as yet on the plaza, however the office is beside Sherwin Williams.
The new location is indeed more spacious and comfy. Customer service of the staff and the Security were excellent.
Reps where very mannersable and prompt with there services. Got through in 15 minutes
Excellent service but it a cashless office.
They have timely delivery issues. They take your money, then they don't deliver unless you repeatedly call to remind them. If you don't remind them, then, your items don't get delivered.
Honestly? I tried registering my business at the end of November and when I tried signing in to check up on my progress, EVERYTHING has vanished 😡 Why must our lives in Jamaica always be this HARD? I sign in, they log me out citing authenticity or some bull. If I never needed my seller's permit, I'd say to hell with all of you!
