MIA - Stay away! I tried to rent a car through this place. Reserved a vehicle via their website and got a response from a gmail account confirming. Upon arrival our concierge said they had never heard of the company. We tried to contact the office several times and could not get a hold of anyone. We ended up using a different small rental company - Sun Jam Rentals. All of the major rental companies were out of cars, so we were fortunate to get one. They were a pleasure to work with and we saved over $100 based on the quote from Jaykay.
Beyond expectations! Fast and comfortable service. Jaykay is very helpful, responded fast by the email for all the questions and phone support during the rental period. Fast pick up and drop off process. No headache. No hidden fees. No problem. Best local car rental agency! Highly recommended!!! 🇯🇲
