It's a little better than Portland ncb... They don't have no tents to keep customers cool while waiting to go in..

3-4-5 days to opening an account...You are going to lose customers...

I spent an entire day trying to get connected to an (any) agent in the May Pen branch via the call center to no avail. (No direct phone line) All I have to show is a hefty phone bill. It cannot be that difficult to speak to someone on the phone. Very sloppy service. Wish I could give a zero star rating.

Worst customer service I've ever come across teller is slow speak with no understanding...

Well kept facilities, with ample and comfortable seating for waiting.
