I spent an entire day trying to get connected to an (any) agent in the May Pen branch via the call center to no avail. (No direct phone line) All I have to show is a hefty phone bill. It cannot be that difficult to speak to someone on the phone. Very sloppy service. Wish I could give a zero star rating.
