A product of its environment. The government needs to invest more in education. This school has too many student and not enough teachers. If you ask 1 person to educate 40-50 children each day it's a recipe for failure. The teachers end up teaching only the kids who are motivated, and the slow or difficult learners are ignored or punished. Not because they dont care, but because the 10-15 minutes/child/day is not enough to do anything
