Tropicool

Bought an AC Unit from October 2019 and I have been calling to have the Technician to returned to have the Unit bolted down on the brackett outside and to date nothing. Each time I call and speak with Miss Natalie Crooks (Sales Rep) I keep getting one excuse after the other. I would never recommend anyone to buy any AC Unit from this place. As soon as you purchase the item and they somewhat install it, the so called customer ends there.

Worst experience. Someone from here came to gas my ac and it still was not working. Been calling Tropicool and also the person who came personal number for 2 weeks and leaving my name and number and still no one contacted me or came back to look at it.
