I grew up in this community, I cannot recommend it enough. The place is quiet and nice and a great area to raise kids. Schools and hospitals in close proximity.

Fairly well maintained scheme with a working population. It's quiet and popular public transport traffic. It's close to schools, churches, community centres, shops and grocery stores. The houses are attached on both sides tho so you only have your entrance and exit.
