Spanish Town Road JPS

You have to join the very long line to go through the help desk to get a numbee to see customer care, and mind you it can take half of the day just to have your business attended to. Waited half of the day to request a CDU. The CDU was requested since July. Got called a week after to come collect it. I took a day from work and I went, waited half of the day only to be told that none was there for me. Was told that it would be delivered to me since I had to wait the whole day just to be told that they cannot locate the CDU. It is October and I am still waiting. Called customer care and they told me to go back to the office to get it. What a waste of a day. I could have had that day to do something else that was needed.
