Lack of adequate services and security seems to know internal business which is unethical

The NCB customer care system is most helpful I didn't have to go to the bank so I saved time and money best ever thanks NCB.

It’s bad when you have to wait 2 hours for basic inquires. But , even worst when the bank tellers friend walks off the street and jump the line . Avoid at all cost , save yourself the headache.

Good customer service but the waiting is tooooooo long and get you frustrated
