Very cost effective and reliable. Service hardly ever goes. The only issue I have that didn't give it 5 stars is the fact that you can't use Netflix with the service of the pocket modem but everything else is good

Fast service. Awesome, economical product. Wish all service providers offered as much value per dollar as they did.

I'm still in their corner with regards to their license to operate but as a service provider they are terrible. The customer service representatives are clueless. Could not say which area service is available and the quality. Only a technician can provide that information they claim. Not to mention you are forced to park n the road and risk your vehicle being towed when they have adequate parking space on the property.

It has been shut down since feb 2020

I am wandering if Carisel is going out of business it's one of the best internet provider in Jamaica Kingston since I have mine I have no problem with it right now I am not getting any service
