Service ok. Food just ok

I food is good, hence the two stars, but do not go hungry and expect even close to an average service time. It took us 50 minutes for appetizers and another 30 minutes for dinner. I think an hour and 20 minutes for dinner is ridiculous.

This was my third time in a month phoning in my order and still going to this place to wait for over an hour in two instances and an hour and half on another ocassion. The customer service is ridiculous. Running out of orders and then telling you after you've already been waiting forever. I like to be fair so I'll give them credit for usually decent tasting food.

Great place to have a drink and grab a bite but the service is very poor. The wait for a drink or a meal is too long. Service quality needs improvement.

The food is okay maybe even a bit oily. The place seems very popular. My favourite food there is the potato pudding. It's great.
