Laconic Cultural Work and Travel

They are a bunch of thieves. The are not registered with the Government. I implore anyone wanting to go on work and travel visit the ministry of labour and social security to see all registered work and travel agencies. Please ready the other comments before using them. They are a SCAM...... I LOST 100 US dollars when I should have received a full refund because the process had not started. I would not have received anything if I never went to the ministry and the head of university and consumer affairs

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I strongly recommend not working with this agency. They are unprofessional and it almost feels like a scam. There is no form of transparency or communication whatsoever. I would only get information about important things if I call or email them. They also, on several occasions, say one thing then when after you've paid your fees its a next thing you hear. You also aren't guaranteed to be placed and when you aren't just don't expect a full refund. Anyone you see on here rating this agency with 5 stars are likely personal friends of the owner because this agency is a joke. Stay away from this agency.

Really need to let me leave 0 stars. Went in on a Friday only for them to say they are busy and can't see me, so I asked what I would need for when I come again on Monday. Out of all the things they told me about, they neglected to say that, that Friday was their final day for registration. Of course looking back at it now I am truly blessed, because my friends who did meet the cut off have only been met with the epitome of Jamaican service. Unprofessional communication with no refunds when dissatisfied, leaving them with a profit for doing absolutely nothing. In essence, LACONIC is just a scam.

This agency lacks transparency and operates like a scam. They are thieves. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. They will allow too many persons to register and pay the programme fee, knowing that it is nonrefundable and that they can't find jobs for so many persons. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This agency exhibits no form of professionalism in the way they went about handling my business transactions. They’re extremely inefficient and aren't transparent either. I used them to deal with my tax returns and had to depend on what they said. They in no way shape or form communicated with me. The only time I heard from them was when I went to them or called. And based on how I was handled I’m sure more money was owed to me. While dealing with them, I had to rely solely on what they told me without any form of proof. In addition, what they were telling me just didn’t add up not even one bit. I would never ever recommend anyone to this agency not even my worst enemy. It’s a complete regret to have went to them.
