Very well run development complex of strata corporations (condominiums) and town houses. Well maintained and usually in good condition.

I booked a vacation trip for 8 days for my family before the Carona pandemic. The trip is to be from Aug 3-11. We live in Florida, the Jamaican tourist board told me that I would have to quarantine for 14 days when I arrive to Jamaica at one of thier designated facilities. The Oaklands Apartment is not on their list so I reached out to the owner of the complex to see if I could get a refund or a voucher for another travel date. The agent outright refused to grant an extension or refund. He stated that the "no refund policy" goes for everything reguarless of what happens-- disaster, crisis, or other. The agent at cheaptickets reached out to Oakland Guest Apt. she stated that the owner of Oakland was very rude to her, he hanged up several times on her. I have insurance policy on this booking and will be taking other venues. BUT I AM WARNING EVERYONE... BEFORE YOU BOOK this apartment MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO BECAUSE THIS GUY "NO REFUND POLICY" LITERALLY MEANS "NO REFUND" even if there is DEATH!!!
