I have being this number of times to asked how long in advance do we have to do the travel application and if the covid test to be display also and no answer. They need to answer the phone to answer questions of the customers its very sad 😥

Please reconsider the process for travelers. The timeline isn’t reasonable. There needs to be a quicker turnaround time for the authorization results. It will give ppl a chance to fix their issues if need be....
