Queens Public Library at Baisley Park

There is a particular man who is of West Indian or African decent and he is not friendly at all. From reading these reviews others can agree with me. Someone needs to check him and I feel like that won't happen. He is rude and can use another class on giving great customer service.

This is a small library but the people are always helpful. The staff will go out their way to help you. The children are always respectful to others. Nice place.

Still closed but can use wifi

This is the worst library ever. They are quick to turn you away or send u to the manager (who is never at her desk) without offering to help. It’s policy is so antiquated. I only go there because it’s close to the house but then it makes no sense because it’s hard to get anything done.

I find that the library is quiet and comfortable but I find the non American staff is rude and curt. Particularly the male who sits in the front he does not articulate in English that well and although I thought it was just me who vaguely understood him I found another gentleman had the same experience he tends to avoid you and act busy when needing help and blows you
