The restaurant was highly anticipated and promised to be a business that would make a difference in the community. The ensuing hype brought out media, politicians & other public service members and for a while was a hotspot with real appeal on special occasions like Valentine's day. Now, unfortunately terrible management lead to the closure of the bar & grill with a community longing to see a reopening & employment opportunities for people that have to venture out of their community for real opportunities to advance in life. Now the food near time of the opening was as the name implies "A Cut Above" neighboring restaurants but once again management really dropped the standard on a business with such potential for market success. The vibe & ambiance of the place contributed to a real chill atmosphere where the family and friends could enjoy an amazing meal. Slowly as the standards fell so did the customer satisfaction and it eventually became a business with very evident flaws that could no longer keep with market demand leaving people to frequent their usual dining favorites such as OMG in Mandeville. Sad to see such a great Ricam investment go to waste once again. Hoping they can restaff and come back with the same values that lead to their original success.
