FLOW MAYPEN

The space is too small to accommodate the large amount of customers. There is also a need for more attendants. I need to speak to a customer care office and those long lines throw me off.

For 3 weeks now I have had no land line. The Internet comes and goes, usually in the middle of my neice either doing her online class or the latest in the middle of her test and the teacher refused to reload, so she failed... I have called Flow I have lost count how many times.. To say this is frustrating is an understatement. There needs T be accountability for the way in which Flow treat Paying customers. I am still waiting for the phone to be fixed... After a visit to the Flow May Pen branch, I signed up for the bundle and was told engineers would be coming on Friday 27th Nov 2020 between the hours of 12 midday and 5pm... All now no Flow engineer don't show up and no telephone (cell) or email to explain why I waited home all day Friday like ah fool only to have wasted my entire day..... FLOW IT CAN'T JUST BE ABOUT MONEY - CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS ADDRESSING. And sooner rather than later eg NOW...It is not good for the image of the Company...

The guard at the door was very unfriendly.

Get up a morning ago they blocked my channels and disconnected my wifi,saying i owed a bill from last year I did not owed any bill,I pay all my bills and they still refuse to connect back my service. Such a dishonest company!!!!!

Contractors needs to be fired! Very poor ethicates! No manners just stopped in my house no greetings. Dress poorly and shabby, stink of the smell of cigarettes and the list goes on.... however once the service was connected, best service! No problems so far 3 weeks and going...(will update).
