Nht May Pen is a somewhat efficient entity of government. One of the few that u can call and actually get through to someone. The operators are normally friendly and courteous. My loan officer was very good and went above and beyond to complete my paper works and answered all the queries about other issues.

Excellent customer service from the lobby host who was very friendly and accommodating and the representative Miss Sherine who was friendly and efficient. Great customer experience.
