Unreliable. Bill payment is easy here but on the other hand for a different department I reported a pole last year and I reported it again 2 times since this new year. The pole is rotting and will fall any moment. They're being delinquent just because they have no competition.

The bills are too high the country needs reusable energy maybe if they had some competition they would be forced to reconsider
