I love to support black business but darn- I've been sending emails on IG for days, trying to purchase some empty cosmetic jars for my business in Jamaica but no response, I clearly stated that I need 100 of them even showing the pictures that's being advertised, but I was ghosted till finally somebody stated she can help, I again repeated what I wanted but got a rude reply . Why advertised your business on social media and not answer the customer? I also had my contact in Jamaica called and called but no response .. terrible

Bottles that I wanted was available, however the parking was not so good .Excellent customer service .

Good variety of supplies but they sometimes seem overwhelmed. They dont always answer the phone and orders gets missed or neglected occasionally. Store is clean and orders processed in a timely manner.
