I contacted Alcoa on October 3rd, spoke to Lorraine. Within 5 minutes i sent photos, measurements and information requested. Since that time i have followed up several time with Lorraine. To my disbelief, she could barely any related details each time I call. On each occasion she has promised to send someone to do the assessment. In fact an appointment was confirmed for the 19/10 but no one called or showed up. I concluded that Alcor has no interest in serving small customer. This morning I received a call from a representative pleading to allow him to do the measurement tomorrow. The poor service from Lorraine no doubt will probably be a huge driver...

Warranty on my home had expired and I slide mesh door which was repaired during the warranty period. A good while after the warranty I decided to pay to repair it. I called alcor to get a quotation and in explaining the issue instead of charging me to do a repair or replace the door, they came in did Their inspection and replaced the door under 48 hrs without billing me. Alcor it’s rare I see this level of customer service in Jamaica, so I salute your team.

Visited Kingston branch. We got an Estimate that was quick and Proffesional. However we made many attempts to call to obtain an appointment for final measurements. We finally spoke to Ms. Lorraine Parker who transferred us to scheduling. I was promised a Thursday appointment. Thursday I waited no one came. I called back only to be told no one was coming. After numerous attempt to reach Alcoa for rescheduling I have given up. Jamaican companies seldom deliver on their promises

Customer service is poor. They offer 25 years warranty on jobs, but they frustrate the hell out of you. You call and the bleep bleep answering machine is there giving you option that no one is answering. Then when you finally get someone they take weeks to come and do the assessment and then weeks to months to repair. Jamaicans and customers service stinks.

No one ever pick up the phone. my experience was terrible.
