Customer service at this place was very lacking. They were not professional or competent in my view. It was as they didn't know enough about the business they are in. That's the impression they gave me. I was very dissatisfied in every way. For a business that is around for many years, they were lacking in every areas. These crop of employees is not ready for this type of business. In the past the employees were more competent. They seems to have a variety of American parts. They (employees) were acting as if they needed worm medicine or a permanent vacation. 😢😢😢 The location is ideal for the type of business they're in.
