Bert's Auto Parts

I would have loved to give 4 or 5 star, however I had to go there 4 times just to get the correct parts. Staff was very helpful but not as efficient as I would like. Hopefully this was just a one off situation

Proper service

Bert’s Auto has the largest supply of parts for most makes and models in Jamaica. Service is incredibly slow and the process is inefficient: order at one counter, pay at another and then collect at even another counter. The sales agents offer good enough customer service, but, the cashiers and those at the pick-up counter could use some training. Covid protocols are in place, but, not enforced: both workers and customers routinely remove their masks temporarily to talk or just wear them permanently under their noses. They have WhatsApp ordering in place, but, this service is not properly advertised.

Best place to get all your auto parts

The service is good, if a bit slow. It needs a bit of improvement since a few people had to be waiting a very long time and that's not good during this pandemic.
