Scotiabank

Been a customer since 2010. That customer relationship will end in 2020. The managers and personal banking officers are pompous, and have on occasion appeared to be incompetent. Initially i thought the poor service related mostly to the Portmore Pines Branch. However, the Oxford Road branch is just as terrible. I rate them -100. Nothing is accomplished unless a customer begins to shout and behave out of character. They simply do not listen and care only for themselves. You are only treated well when you have significant sums in their bank.

My experience here today at Scotiabank was so bad that I decided to share it. There is a female representative there at the Personal Banking section who's last name is Small. She has fair complexion and a midgit body. She was so loud when speaking to me that the security guard standing at the entrance could hear the conversation. That means that she didn't keep my personal info confidential. I felt so embarrassed. Then after being dissatisfied with her service, I requested to speak with the supervisor. I heard the supervisor telling her, "Talk to which supervisa?! Wi cya do nutt'n bout dat. Tell him none nuh deh yah!!" Upon Ms. Small's return, I humbly told her, "No need to repeat it, I heard everything. Thank you for your assistance." I began making my exit. Upon leaving the area, the security showed her concern and she advised me what is best to do. It's funny how the best customer service I got at this location was from the security. From the teller and supervisor, it was just pure signs of unwillingness or simply just lack of regard. I will never recommend Scotiabank to anyone. Not even to recommend the use of their ATMs.

One of the few Scotiabank where you can expect to see a short line. The big flip side is the very limited parking space available for those who drive.

Each employee has a different say has to how things work, and because of that I wasted money and time and still didn't get my issue solved, if an account is closed anything being sent to that will not be received so I lost money I really needed

Full service centre, very busy, tight parking.
