Government agency, which is to say; horribly long lines, lethargic service and staff who are unpleasant to interact with. There may be a few diamonds in the rough but look finding even those

Poorest customer service in Jamaica. Long lines , unprofessional staff, inflexible practices , too little staff to accommodate the volume of transactions . Waited in excess of 4 hours to pick up a mv title.

Ok enough.

Horrible as F, slow and nobody knows anything.
