Lack of professionalism and ships under shady conditions. I shipped a barrel in December from Fl to Jamaica. It took almost 3 months for me goods to be receivable as the courier service was not shipping items as a courier service but as a household consumer. When the authorizes realized the bulk of the items and suspecting it to be for retail or wholesale purposes, they held unto the items and additional fees had to be paid. Throughout this entire ordeal there was no transparency and adding insult to injury the representative stated “ Your money can’t do anything for me!”. If you’re looking for reliability DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY.
