Customer service has to do better, please coordinate between items arriving and actually in office or store for pick ups and over the phone curtesy. Get that in order with your convenient pricing and you will be the go to place. Trust me.

Great customer service, as you quint your item reach. i love the fact they offer FREE delivery. and I can pay for my stuff online I think persons who complain that they take long to deliver the items are confused, if the item takes long to reach the USA address then obviously it will take long for you to get it. just use AMAZON PRIME so that your item can reach the address quickly then. But usually as the item reach Warf they clear it same time and u get it same day or next day

Their costumer service is poor & bad and they don't stay connected to their costumer so they can notify you where your package is poor administration. In my case I order a backdrop on june 1 2020 and if I didn't call them I wouldn't knw that it's out of stock and I've been waiting 2 weeks nw for my package I never see nothing that hurt me so.

Worst shipping company they have no manners especially the elder lady and the young brown girl that work there . They don’t even notify people when they are going to be close or re-open after holidays . Packages don’t even come fast. Take my advice use some where else than this company
