I think the only reason I am giving two stars is because I collected all packages. Long wait to get inside and long wait to get the packages. Poor customer service and there is favoritism shown to regular customers and people dressed in long sleeve blouses and jacket suits (Hopefully you understand what I'm saying). I hate going to places for the first time and leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. If this is how they're gonna keep operating, they will be getting a run for their money. I wouldn't use their service again.

I went to collect my package in November, knowing that the place was normally packed I went early. I was at the door before opening time. A gentleman met me almost near the entrance with a clipboard asking for my name which i gave to and he went inside and my stuff started being sorted. He did the same for the others that came after me. When the office was opened I went in collected my receipt paid my cash and took my parcel, checked it, etc in less than 5 minutes. So, I think it was a lovely experience

Efficient

One of the more reasonable couriers in Kingston, and centrally located. But not for the faint of heart. The lines can be unusually long and customers have to wait outside to face the elements and this is NOT just because of covid. Customer service varies based on your attitude to the staff.

I see where they have finally attempted to improve their customer service by reducing the waiting time. They still have a bit more work to do because they are still a bit disorganized but I do appreciate the attempt to be more efficient. As usual, they are one of the most affordable courier service in the market.
