Ultimate Excursions Tours & Taxi Service

I used Mitzie and her husbands services in December 2019 for transportation to the Blue Hole and River tubing excursion. I was nervous to book an outside cruise ship excursion since this was my first time doing so and must say they did a fantastic job! They are the real deal! I accidentally only brought enough cash for the excursion and they allowed me to run to an atm when we returned so I could have spending money during the excursion! They were very professional, knowledgeable and overall great people. Highly recommend them for any services in Jamaica!

Let me start by saying that I don’t normally write reviews. However, I have to write a review this time because I had the most wonderful time with my family because of Navar! Navar’s wife Mitzi, advertised in our Disney Cruise Facebook group. I loved her hustle and started to do my research about doing an excursion through Ultimate Excursions Tours & Taxi Service. I began to read their great reviews and decided to book Navar to drive us for the day. We arrived in Falmouth and met Navar who was dressed professional and had our professional sign so we could identify him easily. Navar drove a newer seven passenger vehicle which made for an extremely comfortable ride. We had four people traveling in our group. Two adults and two teenage daughters. So we loved all the room. Navar offered us something to eat right away but we had a big breakfast and declined his offer even when he insisted that it was on the house. The place we wanted to visit was about an hour and a half away from port. Navar was able to navigate to our location flawlessly! He brought us directly to the entrance and was able to have our guide to meet us. Navar watched us the entire time to make sure we were safe! At one point he asked where my phone was, to make sure that my belongings were still secure. Navar drove us to the next location that we wanted to visit but informed us that it was going to be a wait and gave us the choice to stay or leave. We decided to leave because we wanted to be back to port on time. So we decided to shop for souvenirs and eat some jerk chicken. The souvenir shop he took us to was the best! They had some fun Jamaica shirts and trinkets. They also gave my husband some free beer. Navar then did the most amazing thing, he called in a to go order for jerk chicken! He knew there was a line at this popular location and Navar wanted us to make it back to port on time! He took us to an amazing jerk chicken spot and the food was so good! So glad he suggested to order the festivals - they were yummy too! Navar had such a great sense of humor, he had us laughing so much. He stopped at a couple of scenic and historic sites for us to grab a picture. Most importantly, Navar had us back to port on time. He pulled us in right to the shops at port so we only had a short walk back. Even though we only just met Navar (wish I could have met Mitzi too) he felt like family! He made us feel like VIP’s and gave us such secure feeling while visiting his beautiful country of Jamaica. We are coming back to Jamaica because of Navar!!

Excellent service. Worth the money
