I’m dying for the day y’all get some sort of real competition. Then you will understand what customer service/ satisfaction is. Your staff will become professionals. Your system will not be so flawed. I’m praying🙏🏻 For the company that it’s going to allow you to become irrelevant. One of the worst service in the entire Island. Never knew JPS would have an equal.

I have had a very bad experience with flow for over 8 months (not a joke, actually 8 months) i dont know if flow is honestly mental but what is wrong with you people. You make me want to kill someone. Flow is just the worst company service i have ever seen in my life. Flow is so so so bad

i do not understand how bad a companies service can be but flow defies that. flow is the most trash WiFi service in the entirety of the universe. i do not know if you special people hire mentally ill people or what
