Poor cus service

Great

Service was so poor they legit made the pregnant lady cry in the store today. I wanted to move my service to a new address, so I called multiple times for them to only tell me it can't be done over the phone only in store. I finally went in store it was great of them to allow me in despite the long line since I'm pregnant. They then told me the service can't be transferred and I would have to sign up for new services at the location. I thought it ended there, they then told me I needed to know the box number to the closest service box to me, which I did not know. They then ask me to get it or I would have to wait 3-5 days for them to get it after which the service is another 7-10 days to connect. I was livid!!! I do not live at this location because I work from home due to the pandemic and need internet connection. I can't complete the application for new service until I get information that they should have in their system, I wanted to tell dem two bad word but I knew it wouldn't fix the problem. All I could do was breakdown n cry. I ended up contacting a friend that lives in the scheme who drove to the house and got the 4 digit number for me. She did flow job better than flow could. I hope I receive service sooner rather than later. Entire process was overwhelming much.

Too much long lines out side. If FLOW have more customers in Montego bay, why donot they open stores in different areas. This will help customers wait less and FLOW representatives to listen and help the customers more efficiently. Plus the survey for yard numbers regards to the broadband services is very old because where i am living, that yard number was not listed in the data they have. New survey is also required.

Just a suggestion, while persons are outside waiting, an agent could be communicating with us to find out what we are there to do. I waited for hours, just to be basically informed that my business cant be completed today. A tent or something needs to be outside as well.
