Building 2, room 1.....the two young ladies are very unprofessional and dismissive unless you happen to deal with an older lady there. Otherwise You have to go outside the room to see someone passing by and acquire information that should be given in room 1. Happened to me and saw it happen to others while there.

The Ministry is mandated to implement policies and starts goes that are geared to overall academic development of the country from infant to university level. Customer service is not the best; however, the Ministry is working to improve on areas lacking.
