I am living in Eltham Vista and for the past three weeks no garbage collection has taken place is there no record taking where they go and when they collect garbage

The service is poor they dont come until you call dem

Called to ask a couple of questions and the operator was not cooperative or decent in any way.

I am most pleased with the prompt attention I received when I called the NSWMA office to clear the garbage at the apartment complex where I work. I was utterly pleasantly surprised when I received a all at 6:45pm on Saturday, January 18, 2020, to find out if the garbage was collected. I would like to thank your office for having such efficient, courteous and helpful members of staff who really care about their jobs. I wish you growth and much success and ask that you upkeep this approach for the betterment of Jamaica. We are proud of you and thanks
