Catamaran tour was a half hour late. Snorkeled for less than a half hour and came back. Wait staff at boarding area are very rude. Over priced for what we paid. Did the dune buggy tour. (Side by side John Deere)diesel powered 25 miles an hour tops on an old sugar cane plantation for about 45 minutes. Was ok. Overall not worth the money.

I stayed in Montego Bay for four weeks and Kiuki Tours was responsible to take me to and from the hotel and work on a daily basis. (In the luxury vehicle 😁) I really admire how they are always ontime and professional. They are really on point with time. Never late! Customer service is really great. I felt as if they know me personally as a friend or family. Michael Neeta and Earl were my main drivers. They are the best with such great personality and great customer service.

The tour packages offered here are awesome, the rates were great.

Do not book with this tour company got to jamaica and literally payed 1500 dollars for a few tours with them and got lied to about a few of my tours and ripped off. Got 1 bob sled ride when I got told by ZOE DALEY that I had 3 bob sled rides. Also the same ZOE DALEY told me there was sharks at dolphin cove montego bay and there was not. This was the only reason i went as i have swan with the dolphins lots of times and never wanted to do that. The supervisor and tour company did not care and did not refund me a penny and refused to send me to other dolphin cove parks. Do not book with this company to risk getting ripped off and losing money and valuable experiences.
