Great customer service, very friendly personnel, convenient to airport

I was calling the location close by Montego Bay airport from the US to ask a few questions before reserving a rental car with them. I called them several times and also had a relative in Jamaica call their office. They NEVER answered their phone even once. That is such TERRIBLE service. I reserved a car with another company. Customer service goes a LONG way!

This offsite location is primarily a bus repair depot and bus junkyard. It's a 3rd world type place with chickens in the yard. We rented an older Toyota which got 2 flat tires at the same time on the way to Negril. We had to pay a guy to drive us to a tire repair place to get us back on the road. Cost $100. We returned the car at 9am and no one was there other than a bus driver. He was kind and took us to the airport. Stay away from Dollar!
