Budget Car Rentals

Anna was an amazing representative of Budget Car rental!! I appreciated her professionalism, her respect, and overall customer service! I made my reservation last minute and assumed they wouldn’t service me until the hour of my reservation!! Anna was excellent in communicating the wait during the holiday rush and managed the entire office by HERSELF!! I don’t know the economic status of Budget car rentals but this young lady needs a raise! Outside of Anna upon my car rental return it smooth! Now I will NEVER rent a Suzuki again for the kind of driving I did, but overall the car ran well!! So grateful God allowed us a safe travel to Kingston!!! Any reviews about extra charges and what not isn’t the fault of budget rental ok sure, because I surely thought I’d be charged for the condition of the car after a beach visit, I guess my home cleaning worked!! We had a newer vehicle but I’m not used to driving on the opposite side of the road and would rather have a smoother transmission. A young man assisted me and my partner and was very king and patient as he inspected the condition of the vehicle!!! I will NEVER rent from ANY other rental location due to the service I received here!!!!

The car was literally falling apart and should have never been rented in the state that it was in. 80,000 km on it but the car was struggling when driving over 50 kmh and uphill. The rear tire popped on a flat road and there were about 10 patches inside. I had to ask for roadside assistance and that set me off another $30 USD. It's quite ridiculous to pass off a piece of junk like that one for a weeklong rental that I was charged nearly $500 USD for. Never again!

My ex-husband rented a car from Budget and was charged $360.00 for two flat tires which he did replaced but apparently they were the wrong size but even so, they didn’t tell him that he was being charged this amount or was even given a receipt for the transaction. A compact car for a week visit ended up costing him almost $800.00. He was totally unaware of the charges on his credit card until his return back to the United States. $360.00 is an inflated price for two tires and I’m pretty sure that they’re not putting the highest quality tires on the car. That amount is the price of four tires in the United States. It’s less than two months later and he have to return for a funeral and we’re here debating on what companies to rent from now because we’re still reeling from the overcharge. We would have been going back Budget but they lost a customer for life. My ex-husband was a one time employee of Budget in the Florida and we choose Budget because quite honestly we thought they were a reputable company. I’m sorry that I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking the reservation but it was a last minute decision. We just became another victim of an unscrupulous company. WARNING: people beware of this company, please read your reviews and believe them.

Experience was amazing with them. Thank you to Mr. Javed Burnett for making everything easy and pain free....They gave me the perfect vehicle for my trip....you guys have earned a customer for life when I come to JA.
