Unfortunately this company has bad employees. With no customer services or even a possibility to have a understandable conversations with them. And when you asked for a supervisor or person to talk they just deny your right to complain

The office itself is aesthetically designed but a number of the staffs lack professionalism. The Ironshore branch needs a restructuring. The #1 brand is rapidly becoming something less.
