Horrible customer service. There was a Very Long line for both customer service as well as Bill payments.

It not a good experience. It the worst place to pay bill. there only care about the money and no one is there to help you with your problems

This is the worst of all the utility companies, I have been promised an email of my bill in 24 hours. When I called back to enquire why I haven't received an email. I am being told I have to by $250.00, this was due to NWC failing to email my bill. The customer service representatives have not been trained. I asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep said 1 was unavailable but yet he was speaking to a supervisor lol! The supervisor was to return a call, 4 hours later no call back.

Trying to reach this company we have in Jamaica which a horrible entity , they state that the number is toll free which is a lie because when you are using your mobile it's not free, water bill is extraordinary high since they put in these new meters and now my meter is leaking, I reported it weeks now also a personnel came by to read the meter last Monday November 9th he also call his colleague to come and fic the leak yet still nothing is done, tired of this damn monopoly thieving company !
