Customer service is good. They made contact with the shippers which resulted in an immediate correction and apology from the shippers, They were able to give me a corrected arrival time. in addition to indicating that when the package arrives they would make call to confirm.

They accept multiple payment options. All the staff are great, really work hard to ensure your process is fast and efficient. Fastest service during Christmas rush.

Poor service and overpriced my shipment because he saw that it was name brand things. I told all my family member not to ship anything there. What people dont understand that america is all about sales and somewhat cheater
