Never experienced this level of Customer Service. Would've given them 5 stars but..gotta keep them striving! Lol seriously though, they literally bring packages to your door. RegFlo took all the stress out of importing to Jamaica, and at such a low cost that I'd never go elsewhere.

Our company owns and operates all of the Starbucks stores in Montego Bay, Falmouth, Ocho Rois and Kingston. We have been using Regflo Agency' service since 2018 in importation, customs clearance and domestic logistics. Regflo has been wonderful in providing superb customer service. They always put our needs as their priority. They work well with their freight forwarding partner in Miami to ensure timely and most economic ways of supply chain operations in receiving, shipping, clearing and delivering our goods to all of our Starbucks outlets in Jamaica. We appreciate all of the hard work from Regflo!
