Havasu Dental Center - Dr Ilan Shamos & Dr Carlos Ruiz

When a filling came out, Dr. Carlos Ruiz got me in the next day he was in the office. He repaired it efficiently and painlessly without needing procaine. The teeth involved look better than they did before. Dr. Ruiz is a master and always has a smile on his face. He’s been my dentist since 2009 and always exceeded my expectations. His assistant prepared the tooth with a skillful and gentle touch, telling me step by step what she was doing. I used to dread going to the dentist. Not anymore. Thank you!

Miles from home and in dire need of a dentist I called the Parker office and explained my situation. A very professional and compassionate receptionist guided me to Dr. Shamos at the Havasu office. The staff there was courteous and promptly worked me into their schedule. Even though Dr. Shamos was booked he took the time to give me a thorough exam and skillfully explained my options. I have not experienced customer service to this degree in quite some time, refreshing. Thank-you Dr. Shamos and your capable staff!

I highly recommend Havasu Dental Center and Dr. Shamos! All the staff are excellent and I just recommended my 4th co worker to this office. I was having pain and they got me in right away between patients. The next thing I know he’s given me a shot I didn’t even feel and taking off a bad crown (from a different office) and removing infection. He also put in a temporary all in that quick visit! I was in a lot of pain with a tooth ache and I had no dentist. I found Havasu Dental and called. They got me in same day. Dr Ruiz was awesome. He was caring and gentle and very understanding. He gave me realistic options and his personal recommendation. The entire staff was friendly, caring and easy to work with. The facilities are clean and well laid out for the best dental care. I definitely recommend them.

I have NEVER had a doctor willing to come in and schedule a procedure on a day off. I felt like royalty from the entire staff. So grateful for finding him and his team. Also, doesn’t do unnecessary procedures and the most caring doctor and staff!
