The end result is beautiful but the customer service needs great improvement
Friendly environment for the kids.
I must say Lorain she's very good with my daughter and step daughter. "Few weeks ago I told my 5 year old daughter I'm going to wash and camb her hair , her reply NO mommy . Take me to kiddies hair salon " . I must also add the hairdressers are very patient with the kids and for me that's a plus.

I feel like the lady that washed my hair has angel hands because I felt like I was flying and the lady that combed my hair omg I love her I felt nothing, normally I’m very impatient when my hair is hurting,but at the time she was combing my hair I felt like sleeping that rarely happens 😊☺️here’s the hairstyle I choose
The customer service was mixed. When I stepped in with my daughter no one acknowledged us or approached us to offer some assistance or guidance. It was only after approaching 2 staff members that I got some help. The young lady who did my daughter's hair though made her comfortable n the hairstyle was great.
