They are always too busy and you cannot make appointment. So have to wait around for hours. I dont know why they refuse to make appointments for their clients like everyone else.

Excellent service. Don't have to worry about being audit. Very honest about what you can and can't claim. They are very busy so I always drop off my taxes. Within 2 weeks they are ready.
