Neither pharmacist understands nor appreciates urgency and discretion

I am a bit disappointed with my last transaction and how I was treated as a customer. I was given a medication I was not aware was on the prescription and did not want. 10 minutes after the purchase the pharmacist told me I couldn't get a refund even though it's a topical topical item and they could easily see if this product has been tampered with. A policy only the business owner knows about is a void one, and superseding competitive price, is the age-old, long standing, compassion and discretion. This company has neither.

It's not among the large size pharmacies around Kingston and St. Andrew but it is a very good pharmacy with a competitive price on their products.
