On my first visit the customer service was good. On this occasion it was the opposite. No one was available to provide assistance or respond to queries. All the clerks were on the floor having a discussion about uniforms, and even when the sanitization person at the door informed them that persons needed assistance they did not budge. The sanitization person tried to help but could not provide much asdistance. I appreciate him trying to help. After several minutes of waiting someone came and provided 'hurried' assistance. It is a pity that there are not many options when it comes to buying glass in the area. Probably they would provide better customer service.

Service is fast but the store is too small and crowdy. Security man is pleasant and helpful.
