Ryan came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a friend of mine. Instead of purchasing excursions through our cruise we decided to take the recommendation and book Ryan. Not only did he let me customize our three excursions but he got us to our excursions before any other excursion groups so it wasn't crowded. He also only catered to my group of 6 and we were on the only ones he took care of. Picked us up from the cruise dock and took us back. While with Ryan he answered any questions we had about Jamaica. We also had the option to change our excursions or modify them if we wanted too. During our excursions he exclusively requested certain people to take care of us so we were in good hands. Can't wait to go back to Jamaica because of the wonderful, fun time we had because of Ryan!!!

Contacted Ryan from big deal tours last minute as we seen he was very well reviewed and recommended. He was very accommodating and we felt like we were top priority :). We wanted to see "the real Jamaica" and not so much the touristy areas. He knew exactly what we wanted and took us around some towns, some local points of interest. He climbed a tree for some fresh apples and even took us to his house for some fresh sugar cane. We went to a little less known fishing beach while locals were pulling in a fresh catch of fish and had a beer with them at a little bar hut on the beach. Finished with a bit of shopping at a super market. We felt so safe with him and it seemed the entire area knew him as if he was the king of Falmouth lol. Do not hesitate to use big deal tours with either the tourist attractions or walking off the path and exploring. Ryan is forever our go to guy while visiting Jamaica but most importantly we consider him our friend

We checked out only to find our transportation did not show up...this awesome company sent one of their finest to pick us up. He came in on his day off with a great attitude to get us to the airport on time. If you happen to travel to Jamaica, ask for this company. By all means necessary, stay away from Amstar DMC. Big Deal Tours, you really sent us the best on Sunday December 15 T@ 6:00 a.m. to pick up some very frustrated American citizens who waited over one and a half hour for transportation today!

Update: After meeting Ryan on our last trip, we knew we had to call him again upon returning to Jamaica! Even though we were staying in Negril this time, he drove over to show us more of this beautiful island. We went to Appleton Rum and Pelican Bar; two really awesome spots to visit! It was so wonderful to catch up with him and share the day sight-seeing. In all 4 trips that we've been on with Ryan he has been on-time, overly prepared, professional, and definitely the best tour guide we've had anywhere. He truly puts everything into his business and ensures that all customers have nothing less than an exceptional time! Can't wait to see him again :) 1st Review: I research A LOT before going on vacation. Prior to arriving with our group of 15 (ages 2-60), I looked at dozens of transportation options for our excursions and inquired with about 10 companies. During our 10 day stay, we needed airport transportation, a trip to Dunn’s Falls, souvenir shopping, a snorkeling booze cruise, and luminous lagoon tour. Ryan’s prices beat all other quotes, and he responded the fastest, with personal phone calls and prompt follow ups. Even before landing I knew we had made the best choice. Upon arrival, our experience only got better! He was incredibly nice and patient with us, as we made unexpected stops and wrangled 6 tired children. My 2 year old even wanted to hold his hand to Dunn’s Falls rather than mine lol! And he listened to our kids sing “Baby Shark” on repeat for longer than anyone should...talk about patience ha! He knew the best place to stop for lunch, and arranged for the best excursions. Including a private boat tour of the luminous lagoon, rather than being jammed on a boat full of strangers and limited to their schedule. Above all, he was genuinely interested in ensuring a great time for everyone! Very nice and fun to talk with. It truly felt like we had a friend showing us around rather than it being just his job. He’s certainly a professional and incredibly good at what he does!
