The lines are always a problem; they are very intimidating. The problem is further compounded by Covid-19, which has forced the lines outside as part of the initiatives they have taken to keep us safe. That aside, they are very organized, they have a ticketing system and markings on the floor to maintain distance. Customer service is fine also.

These people never answers the telephone, especially it being a pandemic, you would think that would be a priority.
