Been here several times room is always clean, smells fresh nice environment plus friendly staff....price is great

Gibb's Chateau provides a nice cenery overlooking the north-western edge of the city, friendly staff, great service and rates.

First from the outside it looks good BUT when you get inside the down stairs literally smells like sex...yes sex. It's easy to get plug ins and keep the place smelling good. The rooms are a different matter....a well known pest is often seen running around the rooms. This place needs to be fixed. I understand it's it's a short term rental but gosh the environment turns away tourist who as looking for short term accommodation
