Everdthing worked out well. Pick up time was confirmed quickly after booking and my driver Junior picked me up. He made this tour a unique experience for me. I was all in my own and had expected the trip to be cancelled. Thank you for letting me make this trip even as a single guest and thanks to Junior, who was a fantastic tour guide.

They never contacted us to tell us our tour was cancelled. Customer service was annoyed at us when we calked to get info on our pick up. They were a no show, no call, no email to inform us. We waited an when we called them we got cut off 5 times. Hotel had to call them. They would not confirm our credit! Still waiting. Do not book them through here. Get reputable tour through your hotel! SNL Jamaican Tours i will tell friends do not ever use!
