Great experience with this company really wish they reopen soon...

Placed hotel reservation with what turned out to be be Caribic as the airport shuttle company. My reservation at Grand palladium included free airport shuttle to and from the airport via Caribic, however I only needed them for drop off to airport since the first leg of our family vacation was at a different resort. Guess what, Caribic declined to drop us to the airport. They told me that because we didn't use them for pick up I now had to pay $20 pp for a drop off to the airport! We are a family of 4. What a scam! Be aware, this is not a good company to do business with. I'd give zero star if I could. Use a different transportation service. As for Grand Palladium I don't think we'll be coming back. Our second visit to this resort has brought about many disappointments.

Very poor customer service and aggressive agents. During our stay in Montego Bay we had arranged for shuttle transfer to and from The Grand Palladium resort and the airport. Upon trying to leave, we were informed that taxi service was our only option unless we were able to provide a paper receipt that was given to us on our initial transfer over a week ago. There was never any instruction that we had to keep the receipt in order to take the return shuttle, and even showing the online booking voucher was not enough. The female agent was very aggressive with us and would not provide the next time any shuttle with 2 available seats would arrive, essentially denying service to us. The Carabic staff is not trained to handle complex scenarios, such as how to work with CUSTOMERS when their system is down. It should not be the customers fault when systems go down, and instead they should be concerned about the safety and well-being of their passengers.
