Long wait and customers were being attended to in no particular order.

Well they are one of the places that you can get throu very easy, the staff work fast and they try to work with you.

This place is not to visit because you would not be able to go inside,you need a pass. THE terminal is where the cruise ship comes in ,I did some work there (German Tour guide) on the ship that came in. To visit I would not recommend unless you want to have a look at the ships from outside.
